Worksite Guidance:
- Check temperature prior to arriving at work
- Wash hands frequently
- Limit sharing of tools and clean all tools daily with approved wipes/sanitizer
- Perform meetings with conference tools and virtual technology
- Adhere to 6ft social distancing guidelines
- You feel sick in the morning

- Go home for the day. Communicate this to your direct report prior to leaving.

- Someone at a job site becomes sick
- If the GC determines that the jobsite will remain manned it will be your decision to continue working for the duration of the day or to go home. If you decide to go home, communicate this to your direct report prior to leaving. We will understand if you decide to be home.

If you are unable to work a Declaration Form must be completed stating:
- I have symptoms and/or have been exposed to someone with symptoms of COVID-19 requiring a Physician “recommendation for quarantine” or
- I need to care for an individual subject to quarantine or
- I need to care for a child whose school/care facility is closed due to COVID-19 or
- I am not comfortable working and choosing voluntarily to stay home

Additional Testing Information
Public Testing
Bring the following items with you to Testing Site.
- Photo ID with name and date of birth for all persons being tested (can be Florida driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport).
- Bring the CORRECT confirmation code provided by the call center; can be hand written, screenshot or printout.
You will be required to provide the following information:
- Full name
- Current address (where you are staying)
- Best contact information to reach you in case the result is positive
What to Expect:
- You will be greeted by a health care provider in personal protective gear who will give you instructions.
- A minimally invasive test will be administered.
- Test results are not immediate. It may take 10 days or longer for results. After taking the test, you will be given information on what to do while you await the results.
- Please be patient – calling back to check on your results will not expedite the process.
What are benefit options?
- I have symptoms and/or have been exposed to someone with symptoms of COVID-19 requiring a Physician “recommendation for quarantine”
- Up to 80 hours of paid sick leave at 100% rate (max $511/day – $5,110 total)
- I need to care for an individual subject to quarantine
- 2/3 pay (max $200/day – $2,000 total)
- I need to care for a child whose school/care facility is closed due to COVID-19 or
- Up to 12 weeks of paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave paid at 2/3 (max $200/day – $12,000 total) after the first 10 days
- I am not comfortable working and voluntarily electing to stay home
- Florida unemployment benefits for reduced hours
