- Able to give clear direction to staff

Brief job description:
- Oversee commercial construction projects
- Work with tools as needed
- Management of staff on site
- Order materials using our custom materials database
- Manage tools and equipment
- Assure quality workmanship
- Coordinate with General Contractor
- Assist with generating Change Orders
- Track labor hours on projects, provide all efforts to deliver job within budgets
- Use laptop computer tied to office remote access system to assist managing projects
Compensation package:
- Position is hourly and is reviewed during the interview process **

- A 401K program. Bates Electric’s current matching parameters are 100% of the first 3% of the staff’s salary and then 50% up to 5% of their salary
