Electrical Job Superintendent for Multi-Family Projects

General skills needed:

  • Skilled electrician with at least (5) years of experience managing crews and running multi-family projects
  • Knowledge of basic mathematical operations and calculations (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, the order of operations) to calculate labor, materials, and/or cost estimates for projects
  • Thorough understanding of blueprints
  • A track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget
  • Detailed oriented
  • Self motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
  • General computer skills
  • Good driving record

 

Brief job description:

  • Oversee multi-family construction projects not limited to planning, organizing, and direct production of work onsite
  • Work with tools as needed
  • Management of staff and subcontractors on site
  • Proficiently order materials timely, using our custom materials database
  • Manage tools and equipment
  • Assure quality workmanship based on hands on quality control and weekly reports
  • Coordinate with General Contractor
  • Assist with generating Change Orders
  • Track labor hours on projects, provide all efforts to deliver job within budgets
